Excellent resort. Amenities were great.

This place is cozy, and pristine. There were activities to do on very hot days as well as activities to do on rainy days. The kids were always entertained. The bedding and furniture were comfortable. It gave off an “at home” vibe as opposed to a resort vide. Drinks were excellent, and not too sweet because the ingredients were quality, so there was no need to mask them with sugar. The coffee shop was excellent. The restaurants served great food. My only complaint is that the restaurants close early on weekends, and it was difficult to get food after leaving the pool. Other than that, I highly recommend this place!

Cons: Check in was hectic with a long wait. Then they had me booked into a one bedroom when I had booked a 2bd and then was told they would check for a 2bd… whatttt? Thank goodness they had one, but what would have happened if they hadn’t! Pros: Jesse checked me in and she was very good! They also DO NOT make you have to listen to a “time share” spiel.. so that was AWESOME! Pros: the cottages are nice and spacious! Our 2nd had 2 1/2 baths, an upstairs and downstairs (bedrooms downstairs and main living upstairs). Plenty of eating space! Cons: very minimalistic amount of blankets and sheets (we did a lot of laundry. Bring detergent). No spices or special pans for baking! Big Pros: the property and grounds are nice! Lots of parking at the clubhouse/check in. Huge indoor pool! Several outdoor pools! Activity center w/Bingo, crafts, games, movies (ladies are great). Close to Busch and water country (2mi) Overall great stay!!

This is a time share property and even if you are there having booked a hotel stay paying a full hotel price they will make it time share uncomfortable for you. Having spent a full half hour checking in, a significant amount of that time waiting for their time share staff to be available to give you your hotel keys I had finally had enough and told them how unacceptable this was and for the front desk staff to just give me the key. You'd think I had asked for the nuclear codes, but amidst a loud scoff I was finally given keys. They will also call your room and text you to get you to bite on the time share stuff during your stay. I have stayed at many similar properties previously and without exception if you are booking a hotel room and paying hotel prices they leave you alone for the time share sales hounding. These guys do not understand that and are able to make your hotel stay quite uncomfortable. They need to start realizing the difference between people arriving for a time share pitch, probably staying for close to free, and hotel customers paying the rack rate.

I would definitely stay here again. Prime location, well kept hotel.
